Rezvani Beast revealed with 373kW engine, 750kg weight

The Rezvani Beast is a new made-in-California open-top sports car boasting more-than-adequate performance, a lightweight body and a high-output four-cylinder engine.
Thanks to the extensive use of carbonfibre, including for the uncushioned carbonfibre seats and steering wheel, the Beast is said to tip the scales at just 748 kilograms. Under the skin, the Beast uses a strengthened version of the Ariel Atom 3’s carbon and steel chassis.

Powering the Beast is a 2.4-litre four-cylinder petrol engine fitted with a Rotrex supercharger and a turbocharger. Together they help the engine develop 373kW of power. The engine’s output is sent to the rear wheels via either a standard manual gearbox or an optional sequential automated transmission.
With a high-output engine and low kerb weight, Rezvani claims that the Beast can reel off the 0-60mph (0-96km/h) standard in 2.7 seconds and hit a top speed of 266km/h.

The Beast rides on lightweight 19-inch forged aluminium wheels all around. These are clad in 235/35 tyres at the front and chunky 295/30 rubber out the rear.
Some components, such as the head- and tail-light casings and mirrors, are 3D printed. A windscreen is an optional extra; an Apple CarPlay compatible audio system is also available.
